The organization

On 2 March 2005, the cosmopolitan Dutchman Cor Denneman, who is the ‘Founding Father’ of Forest Returns bv and the driving force behind Hacienda la Esperanza, became ‘Presidente’ of Hacienda la Esperanza Int. de Heredia S.A. but acts more or less as ‘armador’. The so called ‘gerencia’ will be fulfilled by a Costa Rica based well experienced and trustworthy Dutch entrepreneur, Theo de Wijs, acting as `Gerente General`. The Costa Rica born and bred ‘mandadores’ are all well experienced and trustworthy as well... Strategic partnerships have been created with:
